Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days. During busy periods, launches and sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

UK Delivery

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

Qailahs Pret is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Qailahs Pret cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
